Ugly Christmas sweaters are a lot of fun. There are now competitions to see who has the ugliest Christmas sweater of them all. Now is the time to start preparing for the Ugly Sweater 5K and 10K.
Christmas Sweater Race
There is now a national day for ugly Christmas sweaters. The 5K and the 10K races will be held in Tampa. All of the money raised from this race will go to help the organization Feed My Starving Children. A person can wear their ugly sweater to the race and participate in this good cause.
How the Race Works
A person can choose the point in the course where they want to start from and keep their own time. Many people take a while to walk 5K to 10K and the organizers of the race want to encourage as many people to participate as possible. Part of the registration fee will go towards the Feed My Starving Children Organization.
What is Required
When a person signs up for the race they are agreeing to wear an ugly Christmas sweater. To many that is what is going to make the race appealing. There will be a lot of people running or walking through town in ugly Christmas sweaters. This will bring out a lot of people to support the cause and get a good laugh at all the ugly sweaters that are going to be going through town. What a sight that will be to see!
The ugly sweater Christmas racing supports a good cause. This race is talking the spirit of the season and donating money to buy food for hungry children. People can come and support this cause and take a look at a number of ugly Christmas sweaters.
