2016 Honda Pilot’s Voice Commands
The 2016 Honda Pilot keeps you in control with standard voice recognition technology, so you can access select information, audio, music, and phone features, all while staying focused on the road for safer driving.
To use the voice control system, first minimize background noise. Find the controls on the left side of the steering wheel. Press the Talk button and speak your command clearly. The microphone located near the map lights in the ceiling is specially designed to pick up voice commands from the driver, filtering out speech from the passenger seat. Available commands appear on the screen. To interrupt talk guidance, press the talk button again. You can turn voice prompts off in the settings menu.
You can use voice commands to control everything from temperature settings to navigation on appropriately equipped models.
