How To Make
If you have ever fried chicken before, sesame chicken will be a breeze. The first thing you will want to do is stir in your eggs, salt, and pepper into a bowl. In another bowl, mix together the flour and ½ cup of cornstarch. Dip each piece of chicken into the bowl of the egg mixture and then into the flour. Next, you will need to heat up 3 inches of oil in a deep pan and make sure the oil gets up to 350 degrees F. Add about eight pieces of chicken at a time to your pan and cook.
While you cook, you can make the sauce. Combine your honey, soy sauce, ketchup, brown sugar, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and 2 teaspoons of cornstarch. After you do this, heat a teaspoon of oil in a pan over medium heat. Add your garlic and cook. Lastly, add your honey mixture and bring it to a simmer. Once it is heated and thick add your crispy chicken, toss, and enjoy!
