Soon Florida drivers will be able to take advantage of everything the 2016 Honda Pilot has to offer. This SUV premiered in early February during the 2015 Chicago Auto Show. It is still the same great family-friendly SUV that drivers across the country love, but it has improvements in terms of features, comfort, fuel efficiency, and more.
Premium Features
With its all-new design, the 2016 Honda Pilot is sleek, modern, muscular, and commanding. You can opt for the LED taillights and running lights, LED projector lights that feature auto high beam technology and improved efficiency, a panoramic roof, and 20-inch wheels. All-new Pilots feature soft-touch materials of high quality and attention to detail. There is still the option of eight seats, but now you can select two captain’s chairs in the second row to make it easier to access the third row.
Updated Technology
Even the technology in the Pilot is new, giving Florida drivers something to look forward to. There are up to five USB ports, several of which can charge smartphones or iPads, as well as an auxiliary jack, an HDMI port, multiple headphone jacks, and multiple power outlets. Other family-friendly technology in the new Pilot includes Honda Satellite-Linked Navigation System with improved graphics, live search, and other new features. The Display Audio touchscreen is now 8 inches, and you can add on a 9-inch entertainment system for rear passengers with DVD and Blu-ray capability.
Utility in a Family-Friendly Form
The cargo area of the Pilot makes it perfect for families, even on a full-day excursion to the beach, as your cargo area can fit an 82-quart cooler even when you have eight passengers. You don’t have to worry about hiding valuables, as a large purse or full-size iPad can easily fit in the center console.
