Educational Programs

SFF educational programs are a great way to learn about the diverse artistic culture of film. Aside from the Sarasota Film Festival, SFF has valuable relationships with non-profits, corporate partners, and cultural organizations to aid in these educational and outreach initiatives. SFF provides resources for film production, public screening, field trips, and film academies to make these opportunities accessible to everyone. These educational programs are for everyone and anyone including adults. SFF has many different programs to choose from, including film classes, workshops, summer camps, screenwriter’s colony, VIP Trips, Junior Jury, Hollywood Nights Young Filmmaker Showcase, and so much more.

Volunteering

If you would like to volunteer or need some community service hours, you can apply to be a Sarasota Film Festival volunteer on the website. As a non-profit organization, SFF relies on hundreds of volunteers each year to make the film festival and educational programs work.

If you don’t have the time to volunteer, there are other ways SFF could use your support. Donating, sponsoring, and purchasing memberships are all ways to help support this community of people and allow SFF to continue creating opportunities for others.
