Step 1: Preheat your oven to 450 degrees. Then, bake for 10 minutes until the pie crust is lightly golden.

Step 2: In a large bowl, stir together the butter, cocoa, and sugar until well combined. Then, add in the eggs, flour, and vanilla. Mix until well blended.

Step 3: Pour the mixture into the prepared crust. Bake the pie for about 30 minutes.

Step 4: Allow the pie to cool. Then, serve it with a scoop of ice cream and chocolate fudge sauce.

Cranberry Pie

You’ll need: Pie crust, 1 1/2 cup of fresh cranberries, 1 cup of heavy cream, 1 cup of sugar, 1 egg white, 1 tablespoon of all-purpose flour

Step 2: Pour the cranberries into the pie crust.

Step 4: In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites for about five minutes. Then, fold it into the flour mix. Afterward, slowly stir the cream into the mixture and combine well.

Step 5: Coat the cranberries with the remaining 1/3 cup of sugar. Then, pour the cream mixture into the pie and bake for 10 minutes.

Step 6: Lower the temperature to 350 degrees and bake for another 40 minutes.

Step 7: Allow the pie to cool. Then, serve and enjoy.
