The Village of the Arts is a diverse live-work community comprising of beautiful historic cottages that house everything from award-winning eateries to studios, specialty shops, healing cabins, bakeries and Bradenton’s finest art galleries.
The Village has experienced an incredible sixteen years, evolving from an abandoned neighborhood to one of the rarest and most visited places in Bradenton. The Artists Guild is enthusiastic about the future, as more people arrive, new businesses sprung up, and infrastructure developments continue. Some recent growths include a new Village logo, current map, and a new website. Construction works are continuously ongoing such as an upgraded gateway signage, more street lighting, and more directional signposts.
The First Friday night and Saturday afternoon of each month are well known for ArtWalks where you will enjoy live music, delicious meals, and unique indie art that includes all genres.
10th Avenue West Studios
At 10th Avenue West Studios, Artist Kevin Webb displays his bright, outstanding works in synthetic and copper pigments and furniture.
Arte Coyoacano
Artist Alfredo Garcia, of Arte Coyoacano works in for his masks and paints in oils on wood, with many of his works biblical in nature.

Arts & Eats Restaurant and Gallery features lunches, cuisines and homemade puddings from Chef Jim Copening.
