Honda Civics have terrific roomy, comfortable interiors with many features designed for driver comfort on the road. If you’re a constant commuter, your car needs to be a space where you feel comfortable and content. We’ll go through the various interiors of each Civic model so that you can decide which type of interior best fits your needs and your price budget.

All Civics have a seating capacity of five. They also come with safety features such as ACE body structures, extensive airbags in the front and side, and automatic tensioning systems for tightening seatbelts.

Honda Civic LX

The interior of the most inexpensive model features power windows, power door locks, and an automatic up-down driver’s window. If it’s a little too hot outside to open the windows, there’s air conditioning with an advanced air-filtration system. The center console has a sliding armrest and a storage compartment for items such as tissues, mints, and hand lotion—or whatever you decide is essential for the road. The seats have manual adjustments and adjustable head restraints and seatbelt anchors.

The LX also comes standard with cruise control, should you travel on long road trips. There are handy floor mats for muddy feet and map lights if you’re checking on your GPS or phone. The rear seat folds back for additional storage if you’re carrying your bike or a new piece of furniture.

Honda Civic SE

The SE has many of the LX’s comfortable, roomy features such as the fold-down rear seatback, floor mats, and map lights. Power door locks, window locks, and cruise control are also standard. The SE features automatic climate control that helps you find the perfect temperature without effort. An exterior temperature indicator tells you the temperature outside without you having to lower the window and stick your hand out as a primitive thermostat. A handy center console with storage is also featured in the SE. The seats are manually adjusted and have adjustable head restraints and seatbelt anchors.

Honda Civic EX

The EX comes standard with many of Honda’s renowned features: power locks, power windows, automatic climate control, center console with storage, floor mats, and map lights. For backseat passengers, there’s a rear-seat center armrest for your guests to put their drinks. The fold-down rear seatback is 60/40, meaning that one seat remains up while the other two are folded down. This allows additional passengers in the car even when you’re carrying bikes, skis, or other large items. The seats have adjustable head restraints and seatbelt anchors, and can be manually adjusted to fit the driver.

Honda Civic EX-L

The interior of this car is a true luxury for drivers and passengers. The leather-wrapped steering wheel allows a smoother grip, while the driver’s seat adjusts eight different ways for maximum comfort. The front seats are heated for chilly winter days, and all the car’s seats are trimmed in leather.

The EX-L also boasts automatic climate control, 60/40 fold-down rear seatbacks, and power windows, doors, and locks. The steering column tilts to adjust on a telescopic rotation. Map lights, floor mats, a generous center console, and a rear-seat center armrest are also featured in the interior.

The Honda Civic’s interior is designed for maximum driver and passenger comfort. Features such as heated seats, automatic climate control, power locks, and leather trim ensure that driving your new Civic is more than just a pleasurable experience—it’s a trip in the lap of luxury.
