What Changes are Anticipated?

The news around the watercooler is that the 2023 Accord will not arrive with a drastically revised appearance. This is expected because the 2022 Civic recently was redesigned with inspiration from the current generation of the Accord. As such, it would make sense for the 2023 Accord to retain much of what makes its predecessor great, albeit with a few refined additions.

Those added touches might include thinner headlights, a squared-off front end, along with a more horizontal shoulder line. As for the interior, it is expected that the 2023 Accord will borrow quite a bit from the Civic. Updates might include a full-width dashboard with a mesh treatment along with more squared-off door handles, switchgear, better noise deadening technology, and a fully digital cluster.

2023 Accord Performance Expectations

It is expected that the 2023 Accord will retain the same engine variations with slight tweaks to efficiency and fuel economy, which will be a bonus as the current Accord’s engines offer outstanding performance and efficiency. Front-wheel drive is expected to be standard; all-wheel drive might be optional, but that is unlikely. More information regarding the 2023 Accord will be released later this year.
